Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Not The Plan website and your purchases from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to buy from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. Payments are handled by our processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, at which point we make your digital items available or begin fulfilling your order.

When you buy a digital release, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and enjoy it for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, broadcast, or make the files publicly available, and you may not remove or circumvent any measures that protect them. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Pre-ordered items are charged when you place the order and delivered on or around the release date. Cancellations and refunds for pre-orders are covered by our Refund Policy.

Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or harvest content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

All content on this site — including music, artwork, videos, logos, and text — is owned by Not The Plan or its licensors and is protected by law. Embedded videos and other third-party media remain the property of their respective owners.

We rely on trusted third parties to run the store, including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for file storage and delivery, Fly.io for hosting, Resend for email, and YouTube for embedded videos. Your use of those embedded services may also be subject to their own terms.

We work to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the extent permitted by law, Not The Plan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date shown above, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the state and federal courts located in Florida.
