Refund Policy

Digital downloads

Digital releases — albums, EPs, and individual tracks — are delivered electronically as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because they are made available for immediate download, they are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Where you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel (for example under UK or EU consumer law), you agree that delivery begins immediately on purchase and you acknowledge that this ends your right to a “cooling-off” cancellation once the download has started. You keep your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed items, described below.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time you place the order. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any point before the release is delivered to you. After the release date, the standard digital-download terms above apply.

Physical items

Where we offer physical merchandise, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the details.

Faulty, duplicate, or incorrect charges

If a file will not download or is corrupted, if you were charged more than once for the same item, or if you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right — by re-delivering the item or issuing a refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email contact@not-the-plan.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
